Course Content

The course „Master Course in Aesthetic Outcomes in Implant Treatment“ consists of 40 online lectures, four days of hands-on training, a course booklet, and access to a monthly study club for six months after completion of the course.

Access to the online lectures will be provided three months before the beginning of the hands-on training.

Payment

A payment is considered complete when payment of the total amount is received by Pohlconsulting d.o.o. by bank transfer or credit card, and an invoice will be sent. Companies (dental offices, clinics) from EU countries must provide their VAT ID.

Course Cancellation

Up to three months before the online course, the course seat can be canceled, changed to another course date, or transferred to another person. For credit card payments, a 10% credit card chargeback fee and a 300,00 Euro administrative fee will be charged for bank transfer payments. Afterward, the course seat can not be canceled. Changing the course date or transferring to another person may be possible after consultation with Pohlconsulting d.o.o. and after paying the aforementioned credit card and administrative fees.

All course or name transfers are subject to space availability. A course transfer is possible only one time.

In the event of cancellation by Pohlconsulting d.o.o., you may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward an alternative course date convenient to you. If a training class is canceled by Pohlcosulting d.o.o. due to any Force Majeure Event such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, riots, terrorist activities, acts of third parties, fires, strikes, and governmental decrees, death in the trainer’s family, illness of the trainer, or acts beyond the reasonable control of Pohlconsulting d.o.o. making the event impossible to hold, funds paid to Pohlconsulting d.o.o. would be held as a credit applicable to any course for two years starting from the date of the cancellation.

Pohlconsulting d.o.o. is not responsible for expenses incurred for any cancellation or change penalties assessed, e.g., but not limited to, by airlines.

Hotel

The hotel accommodations begin the night before the course start date and end with the check out the next day after the course ends (5 hotel nights).

Meals

The course fee includes a welcome dinner the evening before the course, all meals during the first three course days, breakfast and lunch on the final course day, and breakfast on the morning after the course.

Transportation

A group shuttle transfer will be arranged to and from Rijeka Airport on the island of Krk and Franjo Tuđman Airport in Zagreb on the day before and the day after the course.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in all Training Materials available, including video lectures, audio recordings, App Decision Matters, the design, graphics, and text of all materials, are owned by Pohlconsulting d.o.o. When you are given access to the Training Material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Training Material. No Training Material may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Pohlconsulting’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Pohlconsulting’s intellectual property rights.
